There are no long waiting lists for my coaching. You are not tied into lengthy therapy like traditional counselling. My clients see results in as little as 1, 2 and 3 sessions.

Therapeutic Coaching combines NLP and Hypnotherapy to help you overcome challenges that hold you back in life. By discovering your inner strengths you can overcome these challenges and grow and develop as an individual.

What is NLP Coaching?

Neuro-Linguistic Programming - NLP Coaching is used in Therapeutic Coaching and helps you to reprogram your thoughts and behaviours to achieve personal growth, improved communication, helps you to build relationships and achieve success in various areas of your personal and professional life.

NLP is the art and science of personal excellence and communication. In therapy and coaching it is a particularly effective methodology for understanding how we think and how that thinking leads to our behaviour.

Furthermore, using NLP in coaching is effective at interrupting and changing old thinking patterns that lead to unhelpful behaviour.

NLP takes the change process a stage further as it teaches you how to master your thinking to feel in control and move forward to personal situation or profession.

NLP is for clients who don’t necessarily want to dwell on the past, and keep talking about their traumas, they want quick effective techniques and tools to manage and deal with things more pro-actively.

NLP coaching helps you to move forward with learning and new strategies to achieve their goals.

What is hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic technique that uses hypnosis to access the subconscious mind. In this relaxed state, individuals are more receptive to positive suggestions, helping them overcome challenges like anxiety, fears, unwanted habits, or pain. Hypnotherapy can empower people to achieve greater wellbeing and make positive changes in their lives.

As a Therapeutic coach I use hypnotherapy to support clients in managing pain, reducing stress, and enhancing emotional healing.

What are the benefits of EFT?

EFT or Tapping as it is commonly known as involves tapping on your natural accupuncture points to help alleviate physical and emotional pain, reduce stress, and restore balance to the mind and body.

What are the benefits of Chronic Pain Release Therapy (OldPain2Go)?

Chronic Pain Release Therapy (OldPain2Go) is a therapeutic method that works with the unconscious mind to alleviate chronic pain, autoimmune and hormonal symptoms.

What are the benefits of IEMT?

IEMT is integral eye movement therapy that helps you to release emotional pain, trauma, fears, phobias and anxiety.

What holistic therapies do we offer?

Reiki Healing is another therapy I offer, which is an holistic therapy designed to alleviate stress, anxiety and physical pain or simply provides relaxation.

How long is a session?

A session is usually 60 minutes, but as little as 30 or upto 90 minutes.

How many sessions will I need?

Clients usually see changes straight away, as the methods I use are powerful and are designed for rapid change. Clients usually have 2-3 sessions. This depends on individual needs and the changes and outcomes desired.

When you work with a Therapeutic Coach, you can expect:

• A safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences
• A collaborative approach to goal-setting, and a personalised coaching plan tailored to your unique needs and objectives

Is it Safe?

Its all perfectly safe, you will need to complete an initial intake/assessment form and disclose any medical conditions. You may need to consult with your GP or Health Professional before starting. I will ask you for an emergency contact person(s) to contact incase you become too distressed during a session. My coaching or techniques I use do not replace any medical interventions.
