My Therapeutic Coaching enables you to make intentional, transformative changes in your personal and professional life, leading to a more fulfilling and purposeful future.

I empower you to unlock your full potential, discover your strengths, achieve personal growth and confidence. 

My coaching is designed to work with you and help you overcome your challenges and self limiting doubts.  

I also offer 1:1s within the workplace to support your employee's wellbeing, personal and professional growth.

What is Holistic Therapy?

I understand that your individual journey is unique, and that's why I offer you a personalised holistic approach, that incorporates a range of effective and powerful therapeutic methods, carefully chosen and tailored to your specific needs.

Through an holistic approach, I will support you on a journey of healing, resilience, and self-discovery.

Sessions are usually delivered one to one, either online or face to face, within a therapy room. You will receive effective therapy from day 1, and clients usually feel results from their first session.

What do I offer?

Therapeutic coaching and Holistic Therapy, one to one individualized to you. The number of sessions you need will be depending upon what you want to achieve, but I know that you will have real results from your first session.

I use different techniques within your session, bespoke and individual to you. The sessions are usually one to one, and can be either face to face, within a therapy room or online.

Sessions are usually up to 60 - 90 minutes, sometimes usually 90 minutes for your first session. I ask for information and medical questions, before a session.

I also offer bespoke sessions for individuals within workplaces, such as; one to one coaching, listening sessions and workshops to support your employee's well-being.

Therapeutic Coaching

I offer one to one coaching for transformative change and growth, in your personal and professional life, discover your strengths, build confidence, overcome self limiting doubts and improve communication and relationships.

Emotional Freedom Therapy (EFT) Tapping

I offer Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) therapy to alleviate physical and emotional pain, fear, phobia, addiction, stress and anxiety through meridian tapping.

Integral Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT)

I offer Integral Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT) for lasting change and freedom from physical and emotional and physical pain, trauma, fear, phobia, stress and anxiety.

Pain and Fatigue Management (OldPain2Go)

I offer pain and fatigue management using OldPain2Go techniques. Regain control over your body from physical and emotional pain and symptoms of autoimmune conditions, peri/menopause and menstrual conditions.

What are the benefits of Pain Management using OldPain2Go?

Old Pain 2 Go is a therapeutic method that works with the unconscious mind to alleviate chronic pain, autoimmune and hormonal symptoms.

How many sessions will I need?

Clients usually see changes straight away, as the methods I use are powerful and are designed for rapid change. Clients usually have 2-3 sessions. This depends on individual needs and the changes and outcomes desired. 

How long is a session?

A session is usually 60 minutes, but can be upto 90 minutes.

What holistic therapies do we offer?

Reiki Healing is another therapy I offer, which is an holistic therapy designed to alleviate stress, anxiety and physical pain or simply provides relaxation.
